February 29 comes only once every 4 years. Other than going to work today, nothing terribly different happened. Perhaps this leap day will be remembered for the untimely death of singer Davy Jones, who with the TV made rock group The Monkees, churned out a number of hit records in the mid to late 1960s. I cover that topic on my Music Blog.
Photos wise, not many pictures were taken today except for the photo above... a very nice and tasty ice cream and waffle concoction. It was so colorful that taking a picture of it was required before it was devoured.
Hope all readers of this blog had a safe and happy leap year day. February 29, 2012. There won't be another until 2016.
